Zalo is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Collaborator to join our team.
Job Description:
As an HR Collaborator, you will support our HR Business Partner team in a variety of HR functions, including:
- Recruitment: Take charge of the full-cycle hiring process for Collaborator and Intern positions;
- Employee experience: Onboarding & offboarding; internal engagement programs; employee well-being; culture building;
- HR Operations: HR policies; employee data management; compensation & benefits (C&B);
- HR Business Partner: Support Zalo HRBPs in delivering HR projects and activities for talent development and performance management.
Requirements:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a strong interest in Human Resources. Able to work full-time in office;
- Previous internship/work experience in HR or related fields is a plus;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented, good multitasking skills and capable of handling confidential information;
- Proactive and eager to learn, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
