About the Role

We are looking for an HR and Administration Manager to join our team and serve as a trusted business partner to local people managers while collaborating closely with SEA and regional HR stakeholders. In this role, you will lead HR and administration in Vietnam, translating SEA business and HR priorities into practical people plans and compliant local execution. You will own the employee lifecycle, talent and engagement agenda, payroll, personnel budget, team capability, and office administration, while contributing to SEA HR initiatives and HR communications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Vietnam HR business partner to the people managers, translating business priorities into local people actions and practical advice.
  • Define and drive local people priorities in alignment with Vietnam business needs and SEA and AP people priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam labour law, statutory requirements, and HR policies, and represent HR function in tesa Vietnam ISO core team.
  • Drive employee engagement and cultures, CSR activities, and learning and development initiatives for employees in Vietnam.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, personnel and office administration budgeting, forecasting, controls, and issue resolution.
  • Support talent acquisition campaigns and deliver clear, timely, and engaging HR communications.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, company transportation, including office leases to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience across HR management and operations, business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning, payroll, budgeting, compliance, and office administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading an HR team would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labour law, statutory processes, and payroll controls.
  • Experience working in a cross-country matrix environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style, with the ability to lead change and use AI responsibly.
