Internal Communications (Primary Focus):
Develop & Implement Internal Comms Strategy: Conceptualize, create content for, and execute communication initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, promoting company culture, and disseminating important information across the organization.
Content Creation: Produce diverse content, including PR articles, internal posts (emails, chat groups, bulletin boards), event news, announcements, short speeches, and scripts for videos/clips, ensuring content is engaging, creative, and suitable for each channel.
Manage Internal Communication Channels: Maintain and develop existing communication channels (e.g., internal fan page, chat groups, email newsletters, company bulletin boards) and propose new, suitable channels.
Organize Internal Events: Plan, organize, and execute team-building events, social gatherings, and other employee engagement activities.
Gather & Analyze Feedback: Collect employee feedback on communication activities and company culture to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Departments: Support various departments in effectively conveying their messages and important information to the wider team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR-Admin role or similar, with proven experience in internal communications being a significant advantage.
Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to write creatively, coherently, and engagingly across various content formats. Strong editing and proofreading skills are essential.
Creative and Insightful: Capable of generating unique ideas for internal communication campaigns and engagement activities.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build good relationships with employees across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or simple video editing is a plus.
Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
