Host Livestream Management Executive

Job Description

• Develop (under Associate Host Livestream Management Manager) & manage end-to-end
• Livestream host campaign, including training and sourcing talent/host, arranging talent/host calendars, and reporting
• Responsible for the operational performance of key factors of livestream and talent/host performance by following the team's KPIs
• Do analysis & give suggestions to improve livestream and host performance
• Work cross-functionally with commercial team, standby team, creative team, social & digital team to strengthen talent/host and livestream performance

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of experience as talent/host/KOL/Community Executive
• Strong talent/host management skills
• Have talent/host/KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and prefer to have a good relationship with talent/host/KOLs/Celebrities
• Knowledge of social media especially TikTok.
• Enthusiast about beauty, fashion, Mom&Baby brands and have a good communication/negotiation skill
• Well-known/experience with Tiktokshop, Shopee live, Lazada live, GoStream platforms
