Job Description

We're currently looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join a growing technology team in Ho Chi Minh City, working directly with a US client on challenging projects involving software engineering, large-scale data, AI/ML and quantitative research.

Experience: 5+ years in Software Engineering / Data Engineering / ML / AI or related technical fields

Salary: Negotiable

What you'll be doing

Develop, debug and optimize C++ applications and data pipelines, with a strong focus on performance, stability and maintainability.
Provide technical support to global researchers by troubleshooting C++ and Python issues and identifying root causes.
Build and improve data-processing and validation pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Develop utility tools to automate software development, testing, deployment and monitoring workflows.
Explore and apply AI/LLM solutions to improve data processing, troubleshooting, automation and developer productivity.
Work with research teams to analyze large datasets and identify opportunities related to quantitative analysis and financial engineering.

Key Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, ML, AI or related technical fields.
Strong hands-on experience with C++, including C++11+, STL, OOP, debugging and performance optimization.
Strong experience with Python, including Jupyter Notebook and data-processing workflows.
Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and modern AI approaches.
Experience building data science pipelines and/or real-time applications using Python and C++.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Git and software debugging tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or another technical/quantitative field.
Fluent English and comfortable working with international/US teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in Finance, Investment, Quantitative Research or Financial Engineering.
Knowledge of time-series analysis / forecasting.
Experience applying AI/LLM technologies to engineering, analytics, automation or data enrichment.
Experience optimizing or troubleshooting C++ systems in production or research environments.
