Hiring Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze data, develop insightful dashboards, and deliver data-driven solutions to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Present analytical findings and business insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
• Communicate effectively in English with business users and technical teams to clarify requirements, discuss findings, and provide recommendations.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhanced data visualization.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or in a similar data-related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation.
• Good understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss business requirements, explain data insights, and collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Power BI Service, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, and data integration.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with business KPIs and performance reporting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience working with international clients or cross-functional teams.
