Job Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving the sales and leasing of industrial properties. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and expanding our property portfolio by overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from handling initial inquiries through to successful property handovers. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing innovative business strategies and expanding sales channels to elevate our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively receive and manage information and requests from tenants and investors.
- Provide expert advice on our industrial property projects while showcasing the unique value propositions of available assets.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to strengthen our market presence.
- Propose, organize, and participate in investment promotion programs and events both in Vietnam and overseas.
- Develop robust domestic and international sales channels to broaden our network and reach a wider pool of potential clients.
- Focus on generating qualified leads, securing referrals, and building sustainable income streams from the industrial property portfolio.
- Manage, guide, and lead a team of sales professionals in prospecting and negotiating with potential tenants and investors seeking ready-built factories and warehouses.
- Ensure the team maintains proper operational controls and follows established procedures when dealing with brokers, including clear task definitions.
- Assign goals fairly and consistently to the team to drive optimal performance and results.
- Ensure seamless and harmonious collaboration with all supporting teams to guarantee customer success.
- Organize and conduct property site inspections with potential clients.
- Interface directly with prospects to define lease parameters, negotiate lease terms, and outline general factory/warehouse specifications and handover conditions.
- Conduct budget reviews as appropriate for your area of responsibility.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and uncover potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular monthly sales reports alongside other related documentation.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to this position as needed.
Job Requirements
- A University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Over 5 years of general working experience, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in B2B sales.
- Industry knowledge in real estate, industrial properties, or logistics is considered a strong advantage.
- Language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (such as Japanese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven people management skills.
- A strong sense of initiative, critical thinking capabilities, and high integrity.
- Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a continuous willingness to learn.
