Head of Sales B2B

H&HIS's client is a diversified corporation based in Ho Chi Minh City. We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Head of Sales B2B with the following responsibilities:

Job Description

– Take full responsibility for developing and executing revenue generation plans for engineering solutions, with a primary focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems and Solar Energy solutions.

– Proactively develop and expand the corporate client portfolio, building strong relationships with investors, main contractors, and management boards of major industrial park chains.

– Oversee project execution by closely coordinating with the technical team to conduct site surveys, provide optimal solution consulting, prepare bidding proposals, and monitor contract progress through acceptance and final settlement stages.

– Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to achieve strong market penetration and successful contract closures; foster a results-driven and resilient sales culture.

– Be accountable for sales targets, business planning, reporting, and departmental financial management.

Requirements

– Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in project sales/B2B sales management.

– Preference will be given to candidates with a technical background (MEP, construction, telecommunications, etc.).

– Strong leadership, operational management, and team development skills.

– Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients, partners, and contractors.
