Job Description

• Lead the Sales team and drive Air & Ocean growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Win new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Partner with regional and global teams on commercial initiatives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven senior sales/commercial leadership experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong Air & Ocean industry knowledge and customer network.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, commercially driven, and execution-focused.
