Head of Process Architecture & Operations

Role Description The Head of Process Architecture & Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide processes that support Coteccons engineering and construction operations. Typical responsibilities include defining and optimizing process architectures, aligning operational workflows with business and IT strategies, and ensuring that systems and tools support efficient project delivery. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement governance frameworks, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence initiatives. The role also involves mentoring process and operations teams, managing change across the organization, and reporting on process performance and transformation outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Technical Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, integrated process and system frameworks.
• Experience in IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and technology platforms.
• Understanding of Software Development processes and lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration with technology teams on tools and solutions that support operations.
• Proven experience leading process design, optimization, and operations management in complex, project-based or engineering environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational change, and implement governance and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector, and familiarity with international best practices in project management and operational excellence, is highly beneficial.
