What Youll Do

As Head of Operations, you will:

  • Lead company-wide operations: Oversee end-to-end operational activities across all verticals, including ride-hailing, delivery, and fintech.
  • Execute strategy into action: Translate company vision into actionable goals, ensuring key KPIs are set, tracked, and delivered.
  • Build and grow high-performing teams: Foster a high-trust, high-output culture that scales with growth.
  • Optimize financial performance: Own the operational budget and deliver against financial and performance targets.
  • Drive business growth: Collaborate closely with the CEO on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge: Align cross-functional teams and ensure seamless coordination across senior leadership, business units, and the Board of Directors.

  • What framework should we design to ensure operational excellence across multiple business lines
  • How do we scale our footprint to new cities while maintaining service quality and efficiency
  • How do we maintain a customer-first mindset while hitting aggressive growth goals
  • What systems and metrics ensure we stay ahead of risks, compliance, and service-level expectations

What You Bring

  • Strong academic background: Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. MBA preferred.
  • Executive experience: 7+ years in senior operational leadership roles, preferably in O2O, logistics, ride-hailing, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strategic mindset with operational acumen: Proven ability to translate strategy into action and lead teams through transformation and growth.
  • Financial fluency: Deep understanding of budget management, P&L, performance metrics, and investment planning.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication: Ability to inspire, influence, and align diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving agility: Capable of navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and making decisive calls in high-stakes scenarios.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery, e-commerce).
  • Track record of scaling operations to new geographies or market segments.
  • Exposure to international business environments or regional expansions.
  • Familiarity with service quality metrics (e.g., SLA, AHT, NPS).
  • Experience in organization design or operational restructuring at scale.
