Job Description
Main Task:
1. Advise on the development and implementation of strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with Investors and Financial Institutions
- Advise on the development of strategies to maintain and strengthen the trust of strategic investors, including major shareholder groups and financial institutions, with the aim of enhancing the Group's image in international markets and attracting potential investors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, including investment funds, fund management companies, securities companies, and domestic and international investors.
- Monitor the development and expansion of the potential investor portfolio and partner network, including securities companies, fund management companies, and investment funds; propose strategies for approaching and negotiating with investors.
- Advise the Executive Management on share valuation and key factors affecting the valuation of the Company.
2. Manage and oversee information disclosure activities and the Group's corporate brand
- Increase the Group's visibility and media coverage among financial media and the investment community through relationships with specialized media agencies, organizations, and other communication channels commonly accessed by the financial community.
- Manage the preparation and review of the Annual Report, in-depth company research and analysis reports, corporate profiles, presentations, and other materials aimed at attracting the attention of investors and the broader market. Oversee the preparation and distribution of periodic updates to investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.
- Manage the organization of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), investor forums, conferences, and periodic business update events covering business performance, financial position, project development progress, growth strategy, and key decisions relevant to shareholders and investors.
- Coordinate and support relevant departments in organizing site visits to the Group's development projects to facilitate business assessments by financial analysts, investors, and other partners.
3. Develop strategies for managing financial and securities-related crises
- Coordinate with relevant departments in developing strategies and responses to financial- and securities-related communication and corporate reputation crises.
- Provide strategic direction for developing communications and materials aimed at reassuring shareholders and investors and appropriately addressing or correcting analysts perceptions in alignment with the Group's policies.
- Monitor and update market and industry sentiment regarding the Company and its shares, contributing to early warning mechanisms when adverse views or developments that may negatively impact the Group's reputation are identified.
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of finance, financial markets, securities markets, and investor relations.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements governing corporate operations, investment, and finance, particularly regulations applicable to listed companies and public companies.
- Professional Certifications
- Experience: More than 10 years as Management of Investor Relations scope, relevant experience in finance, banking, investment structuring, investor communications/relations, or related fields.
