Position: Head of Strategic Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Strategic Development to lead strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the long-term vision, driving profitability, and guiding the company through major milestones, including IPOs, ESOPs, and other transformative growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and assess potential projects, competitors, and market trends to develop and execute impactful business strategies.
- Design and implement growth strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency, while gradually building a scalable organizational structure.
- Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to develop financial models, roadmaps, and plans supporting strategic milestones, including IPO, ESOP, and other key company initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-potential leadership team to support business expansion and long-term sustainability.
- Establish team vision, set goals, and implement KPI systems to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities, innovative models, and growth channels to diversify revenue streams.
- Oversee operational budgets, prepare detailed annual business plans, and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and performance targets.
- Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors on regular or ad-hoc matters.
- Execute additional assignments as required by the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Education & Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in management, market development, team building, and project management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to design growth roadmaps, advise on IPOs, ESOPs, and major corporate milestones.
- Proactive, confident, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and systematic problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required.
