Job Description
We're seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing team and growth journey in Singapore. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who lives in the numbers – someone who runs acquisition across paid and organic channels day to day, turns complex performance data into clear actions and decisions, and is ready to grow into a strategic force that also shapes growth, brand and positioning.
As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own marketing in Singapore end to end – paid and organic acquisition, CRM and lifecycle, partnerships, and CRO – with accountability for P&L contribution, team leadership, and measurable commercial impact. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, contribute to the management team, and play a pivotal role in strengthening Lendela's market leadership in Singapore.
You'll report to the CEO and work hand in hand with teams across the region.
Responsibilities- Growth strategy: Develop and own Lendela's growth strategy for Singapore, covering paid acquisition, organic acquisition, CRM and retention, partnerships, and CRO, with brand and PR built in as the role matures.
- Paid acquisition: Run and scale performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic – owning CPA, volume and channel mix, with the rigour to know when to scale, hold or cut.
- Organic acquisition: Drive SEO, GEO (visibility in AI search and answer engines), content and social as a compounding source of applications, growing the unpaid share of volume.
- CRM and lifecycle: Own the existing customer base as a growth engine – segmentation, automated journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp and push, reactivation and repeat usage, with first-party data feeding back into paid targeting.
- Partnerships and affiliates: Identify, build and manage affiliate, referral and co-marketing partnerships on performance-based models, continuously testing new partners and tactics.
- Experimentation and CRO: Lead structured testing across channels, campaigns, landing pages and the application funnel, prioritising by expected impact and continuously optimising for conversion.
- P&L ownership: Manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and allocate spend dynamically based on unit economics, ensuring marketing drives measurable business impact.
- Performance reporting: Own reporting that is comprehensive yet clear – translating multi-channel, full-funnel data into insights, learnings and recommendations for the executive team.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering ownership and professional growth, and building systems that scale beyond you.
- Brand and positioning: Grow into shaping Lendela's brand and narrative in Singapore, bringing a data-first lens to brand investment, measurement and positioning.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and sales teams to align growth with business objectives.
- Thought leadership: Contribute to the management team with insights on market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor moves, and opportunities for innovation.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or other high-growth B2C industries.
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition across both paid and organic channels while improving CPA and unit economics.
- Hands-on depth in paid media platforms and SEO, with working knowledge of GEO and AI search visibility.
- Experience running CRM and lifecycle programmes and performance-based partnership or affiliate channels.
- Strong business mindset and proven experience in driving measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated track record of managing P&L, marketing budgets, and delivering ROI.
- Numbers native: comfortable building models, forecasts and attribution views, with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing automation tools such as Customer.io and SEMRush.
- Able to turn complex, multi-channel data into a clear story and a clear recommendation.
- Experience in people management – building, leading, and scaling teams.
- Appetite to grow into brand building and positioning alongside performance.
- Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
