2.Leadership: Xy dng v qun l i ng bn hng khu vc pha Nam.

- Thng xuyn cp nht cc yu cu v tun th i vi cc sn phm NHGD t thng tin trn th trng, i th cnh tranh v xin t vn QA ni b. m bo c cnh bo sm vi cc ri ro tim tng v hiu qu sn phm, tnh tun th ca sn phm m bo an ton trong hot ng kinh doanh NHGD ca VPBank.
6.Corporate Culture:
- Xy dng i ng c tnh gn kt v h tr ln nhau gia cc nhn vin trong phng, v gia cc phng ban ni b trong Khi v ton ngn hng.
- Xy dng vn ha lm vic v phi hp, tng h ti cc thnh vin trong phng.
