JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

1.Financial Strategy and planning

• Own budgeting, forecasting and business analysis
• Build financial modellings for BU scenarios and provide pricing strategy 
• Proposing solutions to overcome, manage risks and build effective financial management plans for BOD

2.Financial operations and management

• Own accounting, tax and consolidated financial reportings with Vietnamese and International Standards
• Own management reportings, evaluate the financial performance of each BU and the overall Company performance through the designed set of tracking financial performance indicators
• Build and improve financial controls, processes and systems 
• Manage cashflow, working capital and treasury across entities and group consolidated

3.Fundraising and investor relations

• Participate in fundraising, and manage relationships with investors, banks and financial partners
• Prepare and present financial materials for Board meetings, investor updates
• Conduct due diligence, support evaluation and execution of strategic investments

4.Team building and customer service

• Ensuring the quality of services of the finance and accounting department with business parties
• Conduct training for Heads of BU on financial accounting to meet the requirements of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CFA or ACCA is a plus; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years experiences in equivalent positions;
• In-depth knowledge of the IAS/IFRS worldwide accounting standards system
• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting methods, risk management, internal control
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese with strong presentation skills
