Head of Finance and Accounting

• Lead and oversee all Finance & Accounting activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and group governance requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning to support company objectives.
• Manage and control the Company's financial performance, profitability, cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee all accounting operations
• Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring across business functions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management, Board of Directors, shareholders, and Group Headquarters.
• Support strategic business initiatives through financial analysis, investment evaluation, pricing review, and risk assessment.
• Oversee financial systems, accounting systems, and process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
• Build, develop, and lead the Finance & Accounting team through effective performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by CFO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related disciplines. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior management position within Banking, Consumer Finance, Financial Services, or multinational organizations
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, high integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and financial systems; strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
