Overall Purpose
The Head of E-commerce will lead the company's entire digital commerce strategy across all online channels. This role is responsible for revenue growth, marketplace performance, D2C development, CRM, and digital operations. The position requires strong commercial leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full e-commerce P&L, annual planning, and performance management
- Develop and execute digital commerce strategies across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop) and D2C websites
- Optimize digital shelf, search, traffic acquisition, conversion funnel, and CRM
- Lead content, operations, performance marketing, and analytics teams
- Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and digital agencies
- Drive omni-channel integration with offline retail teams
- Implement dashboards and data-driven insights to accelerate growth
- Enhance customer experience, retention, and loyalty programs
- Oversee campaign planning, commercial calendars, and category expansion
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, finance, marketing, and IT
Requirements
- 712+ years in e-commerce, digital, or marketplace management
- Proven track record managing e-commerce revenue and operations end-to-end
- Experience in non-food categories: consumer goods, electronics, household goods, personal care appliances, lifestyle items, etc.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
- Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRM, UX/UI, and digital platforms
