Oversee and manage all constructions activities to support the development and maintenance of both new and existing stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Budget & Expense Control
- Manage departmental budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and aligned with business goals.
Franchise & Brand Identity
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent application of brand identity and store design standards.
Contractor & Partner Management
- Select and evaluate contractors/partners in line with company policies and required qualifications.
- Supervise contractors throughout construction, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.
Store Construction & Development
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate technical conditions.
- Prepare and implement store layouts and design plans to meet brand standards.
- Develop construction schedules and equipment procurement lists.
- Inspect, monitor, and approve construction work in line with company agreements.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire prevention and safety regulations.
- Work with authorities and ensure required licenses and approvals are maintained.
Asset & Equipment Management
- Procure, allocate, and manage store equipment and assets efficiently.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and asset recovery during store closures.
- Establish effective plans for asset reuse to minimize loss.
Store Operations Support
- Organize preventive and corrective maintenance to sustain business operations.
- Coordinate repair and replacement of damaged equipment and facilities.
- Partner with QA/QC teams to meet food safety and hygiene requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records/licenses related to fire safety, construction, and store operations.
- Archive contracts and documents linked to handovers, construction, and branding.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical expertise in construction, with hands-on experience managing contractors.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in a large organization or major division.
- Proven ability to work with senior executives; excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
