LIKON LAW is Hiring: Chief Accountant (CPA)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Position: Full-time

LIKON LAW is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant (CPA) to lead and develop our accounting team, overseeing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting services for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

* Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting for clients.

* Prepare and review financial statements under Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

* Advise clients on accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance matters.

* Manage client relationships and support the growth of our accounting services.

Requirements

* CPA qualification is required.

* Prior experience with an accounting services firm is required.

* Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, payroll, VAS, and IFRS.

* Proven experience managing accounting teams and multiple client portfolios.

* Good command of English and Vietnamese.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
