C&B Specialist

Location: Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City

Work arrangement: Onsite

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a C&B Specialist to join our HR team and manage daily compensation and benefits activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll and related data.
• Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance procedures.
• Prepare monthly PIT declarations and annual PIT finalization.
• Manage employment contracts and employee C&B documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support C&B policies, salary structures and compensation-related activities.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and employee recognition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on C&B experience.
• Strong experience in payroll, PIT and Social Insurance.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Experience in developing or improving C&B policies or salary structures is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Willing to work onsite in Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City.
