Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Design – Automotive role based in Nhà Bè. The role involves designing, developing, and validating electronic hardware components and systems for automotive applications, from concept through production. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating schematic designs, selecting components, and collaborating with PCB layout engineers to ensure robust and manufacturable designs. The role also includes performing simulations, functional and reliability testing, and troubleshooting hardware issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as software, mechanical, and quality engineering. The individual will document designs, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in electronic hardware design, including schematics, component selection, and circuit analysis for automotive or embedded systems.
- Experience with PCB design tools and collaboration on layout, with attention to signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and manufacturability.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and protocols (e.g., ISO, AEC, CAN/LIN, functional safety) and design for reliability in harsh environments.
- Hands-on experience with hardware testing, validation, debug tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and failure analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Nhà Bè, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in English is beneficial; experience in the automotive industry or with OEM/Tier-1 suppliers is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, follow structured development processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
