Overview of duties:Receive samples from the CS team, perform initial inspection and feedback, separate the samples as required, and assign test requests in the SGS system to the chemical lab, relevant internal departments, and overseas laboratories.
General duties:
1. Coordinate with CS on all information related to TRF.
2. Check TRF and order testing based on supplier/ buyer requirements.
3. Understand buyer/client's specifications, laboratory testing procedures.
4. Transfer internal checklist and samples for sampling.
5.Sample Breakdown and assign appropriate test item (s) of the sample component.
6. Prepare samples and send them to subcontractors in any.Send WO and sample to the Lab. Communicate with other teams (Lab, CS) to clarify test query or sample query and follow up.
7. Receive feedback and requests from the laboratory for testing (e.g additional samples for testing, checking information…)
8. Tracking order, control TAT, track contact results
9.Other tasks as assigned by the management

Bằng cấp

-Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering
- Basic English skills
-Communication skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

Thông tin thêm

Knowledge of chemistry or electrical/materials/testing fields is a plus
Knowledge in IT/Excel VBA Macro is a plus
