COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Reasi is a Sydney-based consumer technology startup building a native iOS app that simplifies how Australian households plan meals and shop for groceries.

Every week, families spend valuable time deciding what to cook, writing shopping lists and managing rising grocery costs. Reasi brings these tasks into one experience. The app builds a weekly meal plan around each household's preferences and turns that plan into an organised grocery list that is ready to shop.

Reasi is currently in beta on TestFlight and preparing for its public launch on the App Store. As we move from building the product to bringing it to market, we are forming a lean, AI-native team that uses automation to achieve results well beyond its size.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring our first Growth Intern to lead user acquisition through the first 90 days after launch. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take ownership of two core growth channels, short-form content and creator partnerships, and build the AI-assisted systems that allow a small team to operate at scale.

Your success will be measured by outcomes: app installs, activated users and retention by acquisition channel.

Key responsibilities

Content Production

Edit and publish 5 to 7 short-form videos per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Repurpose founder footage and product content into platform-native formats
Research trends, hooks and formats relevant to food, meal preparation and household budgeting in Australia

Creator Partnerships

Identify and evaluate Australian micro-creators in food, meal preparation and budget grocery niches
Write personalised outreach, negotiate collaborations and manage creator relationships from first contact to published content
Engage Vietnamese-Australian food communities in both English and Vietnamese

AI Workflows and Performance Analysis

Design and maintain AI-assisted workflows for creator research, outreach tracking and reporting
Attribute installs to each creator and channel using App Store campaign links
Deliver a weekly performance report covering installs, activation and key learnings
Run structured experiments and recommend where to increase or reduce investment

ABOUT YOU

You are a curious, self-directed operator who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results. You understand what makes short-form content perform, and you are comfortable reaching out to people you have never met.

Most importantly, AI is already part of how you work. You do not simply ask a chatbot to write for you. You build systems, test prompts, automate repetitive tasks and keep your own judgement in control of the final output.

You thrive with ownership, communicate clearly in a remote setting, and see an early-stage product launch as an opportunity to build a portfolio of real, quantifiable impact.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required

1. Excellent written English that reads naturally to a native audience

2. Demonstrated experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools

3. Regular, practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini in your study or work

4. Evidence of at least one result you delivered, supported by a clear metric

5. Availability for 30 hours per week, with working hours overlapping Sydney afternoons

6. Currently in your third or final year, or graduated within the past 12 months, in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Information Systems or a related field

Preferred

1. Experience building automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script or code

2. Experience in creator, influencer or KOL/KOC booking

3. Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube analytics

4. Fluency in Vietnamese in addition to English

5. Genuine interest in food, consumer apps or the Australian market
