Lead E2E strategic ideation and implementation of assigned projects
Identify growth opportunities in key strategic initiatives, conduct analyses to gain insights, and propose solutions to support growth objectives
Apply a structured approach to identifying and addressing business challenges
Align goals and drive cohesive, data-driven strategies across functions. Foster collaboration to ensure organizational objectives are met and exceeded. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Business Intelligence

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Independent thinker who is also a reliable team player and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Previous E-commerce knowledge
Experience working in fast pace and high pressure environment (eg. Consulting, I-Banking, Fast growth startup)
