Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our brands growth in Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced D2C environments and brings strong expertise in TikTok marketing, e-commerce growth, and performance-driven campaigns.
You will be responsible for scaling our digital presence, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing ROI across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Growth: Lead TikTok strategy and executionincluding ads, affiliate, live selling, and creator partnershipsto drive both revenue and brand engagement.
- E-commerce Performance: Plan and run growth campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website to increase traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Full-Funnel Marketing: Manage paid social, search, affiliate, influencer, and CRM initiatives, ensuring measurable impact.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, uncover insights, and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV through continuous testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, creative, product, and operations teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Own and manage marketing budgets, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring efficient spend allocation.
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests and pilot growth hacks to accelerate user acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in digital marketing, with a track record of success in e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Proven TikTok expertise (ads manager, affiliate programs, live selling, creator partnerships).
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese digital consumer landscape, online shopping behavior, and local platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a lean, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
