What You'll Do

• Manage and segment BA3's customer and lead database.
• Create email campaigns for onboarding, product education, promotions and lead nurturing.
• Follow up with event attendees, trial users and potential enterprise customers.
• Write short, engaging email copy and coordinate simple visual assets.
• Build automated email journeys from lead → trial → demo → customer.
• Support content across LinkedIn, Facebook and the BA3 website.
• Track email open rates, clicks, replies, demo bookings and conversions.
• Test subject lines, content and calls-to-action to improve performance.
• Research new communities, platforms and channels for lead generation.

What We're Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Good Vietnamese writing skills and working English.
• Interested in AI, e-commerce, technology and startups.
• Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace and email marketing tools.
• Organized, proactive and willing to test new growth ideas.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM or content creation is a plus.
