This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Head of Commercial Development based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The individual in this position will develop and execute the company's commercial strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, leading the business development team, managing partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role also involves budgeting, sales, and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and creating strategic growth plans
• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance analysis
• Experience in Sales and Business Development to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients
• Competence in Budgeting for financial planning and resource allocation
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in the technology, cloud, or AI sectors is an advantage
