Job Description

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Hybrid

Reports to: Creative Director / Head of Creative

Collaborates with: Design Team, Motion Designers & the requester of the content. (Note: This is a hands-on writing role. You will not manage other writers; you are the voice.)

This role is part of SAI Digital, a Concentrix company. We use creativity to make technology work for people. You'll lead the content engine across B2B and B2C landscapes, acting as the primary writer and strategist for both client campaigns and SAI's internal brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and creative Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior Level) who can deliver high-quality visual design across multiple asset types, from static social content and brand guidelines to short-form video and e-commerce visuals.

The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for contemporary design trends, demonstrated agency experience, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to both client deliverables and the long-term creative positioning of SAI Digital Vietnam. We welcome both strong mid-level and senior designers who are passionate about creating impactful visual experiences and growing in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

A. Artistic & Technical (70%)

  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and brainstorming sessions as required, bringing informed creative perspectives to every discussion.
  • Raise and propose visual concepts and ideas aligned with the project vision, art direction briefs, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct ongoing research into design trends, emerging aesthetics, and industry-relevant visual languages.
  • Proactively identify visual or technical challenges within active projects and resolve them with minimal escalation.
  • Design pitch decks and proposal presentations in PowerPoint to support the internal team during new business pitching, delivering visually compelling, clear, and well-structured slides within tight turnaround times.
  • Communicate design rationale and point of view clearly and confidently to the Creative Director, internal stakeholders, and client-facing teams.
  • Produce high-quality marketing assets across formats, including:
  • Static graphics
  • Short-form videos and simple motion graphics
  • Brand identity guidelines
  • Social media creatives
  • Event collateral (online and offline)

B. Team Contribution, Improvement & Support (30%)

  • Actively contribute to building and evolving the visual branding of SAI Digital across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Maintain and continuously expand mastery of required design tools, motion tools, and production workflows.
  • Pursue ongoing improvement of both technical skills (software, production quality) and work-related soft skills (communication, project management, collaboration).
  • Apply AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., generative image tools, AI-assisted layout, and prompt-based ideation) to accelerate production timelines, improve output quality, and optimize the overall creative process.
  • Complete personal development objectives and training programs assigned by the Managing Director in a timely and thorough manner.

C. Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative or brand agency environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong brand identity work, production-quality marketing assets, and visual versatility across formats and industries.

Core Competencies

  • Strong command of Brand Identity systems: logos, typography, color, layout, and guidelines.
  • Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience creating short-form videos and motion graphics for digital marketing and social media.
  • Experience in social media marketing asset creation across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Marketing Asset Creation, including static banners, short-form video, and brand identity documentation.
  • Strong presentation layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and regional teams in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – Advanced proficiency required.
  • Figma – Working proficiency preferred.
  • Motion graphics tools (After Effects or equivalent).

Language Requirements

  • English: Professional working proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. English is the primary working language for approximately 60% of the role, including design documentation, presentations, meetings, and day-to-day collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Japanese/Korean: Ability to work with Japanese/Korean language design layouts and typography (approximately 40%). Native fluency is not required, but familiarity with Japanese character sets and typographic conventions is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technology company's in-house creative team or digital-first agency.
  • Experience adapting or producing design assets for both online and offline events.

Reporting & Collaboration

The Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior Level) reports to the Creative Director and works in close coordination with the Copywriter. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and technology teams is a regular expectation of the role.
