Goods Receiving and Delivery Specialist (Warranty After-sales Focus)

Job Overview

This position is responsible for the full-process receiving, inspection, delivery and return management of customer and distributor warranty products. The incumbent will be in charge of warranty data entry and update, work progress follow-up, customer communication and cross-departmental coordination, ensuring the standardized and efficient operation of the warranty product logistics and after-sales processing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1、Receive, inspect and manage warranty products delivered by customers and distributors, verify product integrity and basic information, and complete standardized receiving procedures.

2、Prepare and execute the return arrangement of warranty products, track and follow up the entire goods receiving and delivery process to ensure timely and accurate product turnover.

3、Update and maintain warranty-related data accurately, including product information, serial numbers (SN), product status, processing results and other relevant information, and complete timely system entry and data sorting.

4、Proactively communicate with customers, regularly feedback the warranty status, processing progress and final disposal results of products, and answer routine customer inquiries.

5、Collaborate closely with the Technical Department, Customer Service Department and Warehouse Department to coordinate and resolve various abnormal problems arising during daily work operation.

6、Complete other ad-hoc work and temporary tasks assigned by the superior and the company.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

1、Educational Background: College degree or Bachelor's degree, major in Finance, Foreign Languages or other related majors is preferred.

2、Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Skill & Competency Requirements

3、Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and other daily office software, capable of completing data sorting and document production efficiently.

4、Candidates with working experience in after-sales service, warehouse management and logistics industry are highly preferred.

5、Possess effective communication skills and practical problem-solving capabilities, able to handle daily work abnormalities and customer communication properly.

6、Candidates with relevant industry experience in electronic products, cameras, technical equipment and other tech products are preferred.

7、Diligent and responsible, with good team cooperation awareness and execution ability.
