Golang Backend Dev

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Backend Developer with strong experience in Golang or Rust to build scalable, high-performance backend systems powering next-generation Entertainment platforms.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed system challenges, building resilient backend services, and working on products that serve millions of transactions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang or Rust.
• Build secure, reliable, and high-performance APIs supporting large-scale product ecosystems.
• Design and optimize microservices architecture for high availability and low latency.
• Design database schemas and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Develop backend services for core business modules such as authentication, payment, wallet, promotion, bonus, loyalty, user management, reporting, and CMS.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve backend performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang or Rust.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSocket, or message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
