thousands of customers. We move fast, question the way furniture retail has always worked, and build better

systems instead of settling for outdated ones.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Global Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing strategy, based in Vietnam. This is a hands-on

role with real ownership: you'll grow and strengthen our factory base, keep our products in stock, and make sure

production runs smoothly from PO to delivery. You'll work closely with our Product Development and QA/QC teams,

and report into our US-based Operations leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Grow and diversify our factory base — sourcing and vetting new factory partners globally

Improve our in-stock rate by tightening production planning, lead times, and PO tracking across all factory

partners

Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy, including a multi-sourcing approach

to ensure resilience

Lead international sourcing — finding new supplier regions and categories as we grow

Build and strengthen supplier relationships — quality, lead times, cost

Drive measurable improvement against key targets: in-stock rate, quality defect rate, and production lead time

Flag risks early: delays, quality issues, capacity constraints

Work closely with our US-based Ops team to keep the supply chain moving without surprises

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Furniture industry experience required — you know factories, materials, and production timelines in this space

5+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain roles, ideally with growing responsibility

A track record of improving supply chain performance and in-stock rates for a DTC or consumer brand

Experience sourcing internationally and building new factory relationships from scratch

Comfortable managing multiple factories and vendors at the same time

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Detail-oriented, easy to work with, gets things done without needing to be chased

Able to travel to factories regularly and internationally as needed
