RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Book-KeepingandGLReports:

-Ensureproperbookingofalltransactionsrelatedtocompanyincomeandexpenses

Checkallpaymentsandreceiptsvouchers.Ensurethatstipulatedandstatutorybooks/recordsaremaintainedinaccordancewiththecompany&apossaccountingpolicies and accounting regulation.

-Responsiblefortimelyandaccuratemonthlyclosing,quarterlyandyearlycorporatereporting

*Tax

-Respondtotaxenquiresfrominternalandexternalparties

-Responsibleforquarterly,yearlyreportingandallmattersrelatedtoaccounting-taxinformationtoauthorities

*Governance/Compliance/Controls

-Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,proceduresandlocaltaxandstatutoryrequirements

-Reviewandensureinternalcontrolsareinplaceandworkingeffectively

-Ensurenecessarydocumentationandrecordsareinplace,accordingtolocalstatutoryrequirements

-Oversee,liaiseandmanagetheinternalandexternalauditprocess

*Banking

-Handleallpaymentsthroughonlinebanking

- HandlemonthlysettlementsinWise

-Ensurebankreconciliationonmonthlybasistimely

-Coordinatewiththebankforbankscredit/debitandtransferfrom/tothesupplieroverseasadvice

- Ensuresafestoringofdocumentsandintegrityofdatacontrol/storing

*Planning/Budgeting/Forecasts

Managethecashflowforthecompanytomaintainitinthemostoptimumconditionfortheachievementofthecompany&apossobjectives

*Payroll

ThroughliaisonwiththeHRpayrolldepartment:

-Progresswithbudgets

-Uploadthepayrolltableontheonlinebanking

*Otherjobs

-Betheinterfacewithexternalpartiessuchasbanks,taxoffices,statisticsbureaus,etc

-Otherjobsassignedbylinemanagers

-Includingbutnotlimitedtovoucherbindingandvoucherreviewwithintheaccountingfunction

-Assistotherdepartmentsforfinancial/accountingrelatedfunctionsifneeded

REQUIREMENTS:

*Educationalqualifications:

-Bachelordegreeinaccountingrelatedmajor

-ChiefAccountantCertificationisamajoradvantage

*Relevantexperience:

HavingITindustryexperience,especiallyrelatedtoapp/mobilegameswithpaidfunctionsinGoogle/Appleetcisanadvantage. Experience working in international companies is a plus.

-Accountingsoftwareexperienceisanadvantage

-Feel at ease when communicating in English

-GoodatExcel,especiallycanmakefinancialstatementsinExcelisaplus

*Personalcharacteristics&behaviour:

-Havestrongknowledgeofaccounting-taxexperience

-Stronganalyticalskill

-Meticulous,hardworking,honest,andtrustworthy
