General Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Manged Fix Asset module / Leasing module (ROU) /Payroll accounting /General expense / interest /Accrue account/Repayment accounting /Cost allocation/Sales commission.
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
• Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.
• Responsibility for tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…).
• Other accounting/finance tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements

• Related major: Accounting/Finance
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling general account, finance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Accounting/Finance systems
• English (writing/reading)
