We are looking for a General Accountantin charge ofaccounting services to our multinational clients and local clients.
Job Description:
- Bookkeeping, post day-to-day transactions into accounting software (MISA)
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Preparation of VAT returns,handlingmonthly,quarterlyand annual closings. Also report on the customer's financial health and liquidity.
- Liaising with customers and advising them on changes, providing information with regard to their accounts and also dealing with any complaints or queries.
- Dealing withcorporationtax and personal tax returns and managingcustomer'sdetails and accounts.
- Cash flow and budget forecasts.
- Ensuretimelybank payments
- Management of accounts, balancesheetsand profit/loss statements
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Qualifications:
- At least2years working at accounting role
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind
- Good at English and/or Chinese
- Teamwork, proactive, highly self-motivated, initiative,integrityand innovative.
- Preferable: experience in audit, tax,financeor accounting services company
