General Accountant

Position: General Accountant cum Assistant to the Deputy General Director

I. Job Description:

- Responsible for general accounting functions for subsidiaries in the Asia–Pacific region.

- Monitor cash and bank transactions (recording, tracking, and reconciliation).

- Accumulate costs; record, monitor, report, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Review and manage payment and receipt invoices and supporting documents.

- Perform general ledger postings and periodic accounting closing on SAP HANA.

- Prepare financial statements, statistical reports, and internal reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for the Group and government authorities.

- Manage fixed assets (recognition, depreciation, tracking, and additions/disposals).

- Monitor inventory (recording, costing, reporting, and reconciliation).

- Support and report to the Finance Director.

- Perform other related professional tasks as required. Job details will be discussed during the interview.

II. Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

- At least 02 years of experience as a General Accountant in a manufacturing company.

- Preference for candidates with general accounting experience in multinational companies and experience working with external auditors.

- Preference for candidates with experience in using and implementing SAP HANA.

- Strong mindset toward process streamlining and reducing manual and paperwork-based tasks.

- Good work organization and scheduling skills.

- Good English reading and writing skills.

- Honest and hardworking.Willing to learn new things and improve oneself
