General Accountant (English)

Job description

• Manage daily accounting activities and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
• Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, salary calculation, and employee payments (company size: under 10 people)
• Record, monitor, and reconcile all company revenues, expenses, and operational transactions
• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and prepare monthly accounting reports
• Execute daily payment transactions
• Track operational costs and assist in internal financial monitoring
• Support improvements in accounting processes and internal workflow optimization

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in General Accounting or Finance Accounting roles
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and internal accounting operations
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
• Good English communication skills for working with international teams
• Experience in IT/software companies is an advantage
