Full-stack Marketing Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Visual & Social Content: Craft engaging graphics using Canva and Adobe, draft and schedule posts, and leverage basic AI tools to speed up content creation
• SEO & AI Search Basics: Learn and apply core SEO and AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies to help our clients rank across search engines and AI platforms
• Ad Campaign Support: Assist with setting up, tracking, and reporting on paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Operations & Client Support: Help manage day-to-day administrative tasks, keep creative workflows on schedule, and support direct client communications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: Currently a university student—preferably a freshman or sophomore majoring in Marketing, Business, or English Literature
• Problem-Solving & Research: Strong research capabilities with the resourcefulness to figure things out independently, even with minimal guidance
• English Proficiency: Equivalent to IELTS 7.5+ minimum (an official certificate isn't required, but strong verbal and written fluency is mandatory)
• Design Eye: Solid aesthetic sense with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Mindset: Resilient, action-oriented, and eager to learn quickly with a focus on delivering results

THE DETAILS:

• Location: Cafe-based / Hybrid (Ho Chi Minh City)
• Duration: 3-Month Fast-Track Internship (with potential extension based on performance)
• Salary: Paid Internship (3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND/month)
