Full Stack Developer - AI products

What You'll Do

• Build and operate AWS-based data pipelines using Step Functions, Lambda, Fargate, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Develop KPI evaluation services combining business rules and AI/ML models.
• Ensure data quality through reliable synchronization, reconciliation, and error prevention.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Analyze AI prediction performance against human evaluations.
• Enhance and maintain a React/TypeScript review application.
• Manage infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with DQM specialists, product stakeholders, and international engineering teams.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. German is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with local and international teams.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, including performance tuning and database design.
• Experience with large-scale ETL/batch processing and reliable data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Step Functions, Lambda, Fargate, Aurora) and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Solid knowledge of automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Module Federation, Vite, or Mantine is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data quality, or LLM-powered applications is advantageous.
