Job Description

About LazyCy

At LazyCy, we are building an advanced advertising platform leveraging Amazon Advertising to empower brands and sellers to launch effective campaigns, scale their reach, and boost sales on Amazon.

Our platform seamlessly combines Amazon Advertising, shopper behavior data, and AI-powered optimization tools, helping businesses target the right customers with smart, efficient budget strategies.

With Retail Media and Amazon Advertising ranking among the fastest-growing ad markets globally, we are scaling our team to deliver this impactful solution to more businesses worldwide.

The Role

You own everything that happens to our inventory once it lands in the US: into the prep center, into Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop fulfillment centers, and out to the customer. Units arrive, get received, stay in stock, and cost what they should.

This is a hands-on operator role. You create the shipment plans, argue the reimbursement case, catch the storage fee charged twice, and decide whether to move stock between channels this week or ride it out.

The first mile is owned by our Project Manager. You support it, learn it, and take on more of it over time. Shipments are already running and our forwarder, customs broker and prep partner are in place, so you learn on live containers.

What You Will Do

  • Last Mile: the core of this role
  • Run fulfillment across FBA, WFS, FBT and FBM/3PL: shipment plans, labels and pallets to each marketplace's spec, delivery appointments, and receiving until units go live.
  • Own what goes wrong: rejected shipments, labeling errors, shorted or lost units, receiving discrepancies. That includes removals and relabeling through our prep partner.
  • Balance inventory across marketplaces: reorder points, lead times, and multi-channel fulfillment when stock needs to move between channels.
  • Watch inventory age, storage exposure and account health limits, and decide what to push, move or clear before long-term storage fees hit.
  • Reconcile marketplace fees against actual invoices, and manage our US 3PL and prep partners day to day, in English.
  • First Mile: support now, own it over time
  • Coordinate with our freight forwarder and US customs broker on bookings, clearance and delivery to our prep partner.
  • Check export and import documents and category compliance records before they are filed, and flag anything that does not match.
  • Track inbound containers against the shipping plan, and raise the alarm early when a delay will hit stock on a marketplace.
  • Planning, Data & Process
  • Forecast demand by SKU and channel, and feed it into the shipping plan with Brand Management and Performance Marketing.
  • Keep our inventory trackers and landed-cost models current in Excel or Google Sheets. These feed pricing and ad budget decisions.
  • Document how fulfillment works here, and flag risks early with the numbers, the options and a recommendation.

What We're Looking For

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • 2 to 3 years in e-commerce operations or fulfillment, with at least 2 years running FBA hands-on. WFS counts as well.
  • You have fixed fulfillment-center problems yourself: a rejected shipment, a labeling error caught after arrival, lost units, a reimbursement case you argued through.
  • You have managed inventory across more than one channel, and can read a marketplace settlement statement well enough to spot a wrong charge.
  • Working English: you can write the email and hold the call with US 3PL and prep partners without a translator.
  • You build your own cost and inventory sheets in Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong Advantages If You

  • FBA at real scale: container-sized inbounds, a large SKU count, or a high-volume account. We value depth on FBA over breadth across platforms.
  • Amazon inventory programs and account health: capacity and restock limits, inventory performance, multi-channel fulfillment, removals and liquidation.
  • Walmart WFS or TikTok Shop FBT alongside FBA, not instead of it.
  • Any exposure to imports, customs or freight. It shortens your ramp-up on the first mile.
  • Consumer goods or home & living products in the US market, or several brands on one marketplace.

Mindset & Qualities

  • Ownership. You follow a shipment through to the point units are live and selling, not to the handover.
  • Hands-on and organised. You do the work yourself, and keep several shipments at different stages moving without losing track.
  • Data-informed. How much to send in, when to reorder, what to clear. You decide on numbers, not habit.
  • Calm and coachable. When a shipment is rejected or units go missing, you know what to do first and when to escalate. You ask early rather than guess, and you can shift your hours when something needs resolving with US partners.
  • Curious about the upstream. You want to learn the import side, not just the marketplace side.
