Fresher/ Junior C/C++ Embedded Baseband Engineer

Position Overview

Join our Telecom R&D team to develop next-generation LTE/5G Baseband software. You will work alongside experienced engineers on embedded and wireless communication systems, with a structured training program and clear technical career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C/C software for LTE/5G baseband systems.
• Participate in implementing and optimizing PHY-related software components.
• Debug, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Learn and apply 3GPP, LTE/5G, and RAN technologies in real projects.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in Embedded Software, C/C , or Telecom.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Good programming skills in C/C .
• Basic knowledge of Linux development environment.
• Interest or academic exposure to Embedded Systems, Wireless Communication, or RAN.
• Good English communication skills.
• Nice to HaveKnowledge of LTE/5G, 3GPP, PHY, MAC, RLC, or PDCP.
• Experience with Git/Gerrit or multi-core software development.
• Coursework or internship related to Embedded or Telecom is a plus.
