- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of changing chemical regulations in French-speaking markets and Southeast Asia.
- Hazard Classification: Perform chemical hazard classifications based on toxicological and ecotoxicological data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, consistent, and delivered within strict deadlines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product safety data is aligned with manufacturing reality.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an SDS Author or Regulatory Affairs Specialist specifically within Morocco, Vietnam, or Mauritius.
- Language: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French (Technical/Scientific level). Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of GHS (Globally Harmonized System). Familiarity with REACH or CLP is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Software: Proficiency in SDS authoring software (e.g., SAP EHS, Werks, Chemwatch, or similar ERP systems).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
What We Offer
- Global Exposure: Work with an international team on diverse chemical portfolios.
- Full Remote Flexibility: Manage your tasks from your home office with a focus on output rather than clock-in times.
- Growth: Opportunity to specialize in emerging regulatory markets.
