Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project handlers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects
- Serve as the primary contact point post-project deployment
- Attend to customer feedback and inquiries related to testing concerns
- Utilize project management software to monitor and track project progress
- Collaborate with various departments to support successful project implementation
- Engage with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage projects related to ROHS and REACH chemical testing in collaboration with the chemistry laboratory
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of ROHS and REACH regulations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in a testing or laboratory section is a plus
- Result-oriented and service-minded individual with initiative and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player capable of working independently on challenging projects and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and possessing a can-do attitude
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
