The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting integrated marketing strategies, driving organic growth across social platforms, and spearheading the brand's livestream presence. This role focuses on enhancing brand equity and audience engagement for both B2B and B2C segments through high-quality, aligned content.
What you'll be responsible for
Campaign Planning & Execution Support (50%)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and user insights.
- Develop and implement annual Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies for B2C and B2B segments.
Social Organic Growth & Livestream Management (35%)
- Plan and execute strategies to scale organic reach and traffic across key platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Design and execute a comprehensive livestream roadmap to drive real-time engagement and conversion.
Content Direction & Quality Control (15%)
- Define and maintain brand positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure a unified voice across all platforms.
- Direct and audit all content production (Social Media, Blog, Email) to ensure strict alignment with the company's brand identity and strategic goals.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in MarCom/PR
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (both Vietnamese & English).
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (Online & Offline).
- Proven experience in scaling organic social reach and traffic
- Hands-on experience in managing/producing livestreams with proven, measurable results (viewership, engagement, or conversion).
- Project management and crisis handling skills.
- Creative problem-solving and a proactive can-do attitude.
