About the Role

We are looking for a Franchise Senior Manager to drive Circa's franchise expansion and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Partner Acquisition

• Develop and execute plans to identify, approach, and acquire new franchise partners for Circa.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential franchisees through market mapping, referrals, networking, field visits, and business outreach.
• Acquire potential partners to expand Circa's franchise model through explaining business opportunity, operating requirements, and commercial expectations.

2. Franchise Onboarding

• Manage the franchise process from lead qualification, negotiation, agreement signing, onboarding, to store opening.
• Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to support store setup and onboarding period

3. Franchise Performance Management

• Monitor store performance, sales trends, customer traffic, product mix, promotion effectiveness, and operational issues.
• Work with franchise partners to identify growth opportunities and build clear action plans to improve store performance.
• Escalate key risks, partner concerns, or repeated execution issues to management with proposed solutions.
• Prepare monthly reports on franchise pipeline, store openings, GMV performance, key KPIs, challenges, and action plans.

Key Requirements

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, Retail Operations, or related roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or franchise business is highly preferred.
