Position: FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR – English (Full time)

Report to: Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide English–Vietnamese interpretation support during medical consultations, examinations, treatments, and other hospital services.
• Facilitate effective communication between international patients, healthcare professionals, hospital departments, and foreign partners.
• Translate documents, emails, correspondence, and provide interpretation during meetings when required.
• Assist international patients with inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain high customer service standards and build positive relationships with international patients and partners.
• Ensure accuracy in interpretation and strict confidentiality of patient information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English Language or a related field.
• Medical Interpreter Certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English proficiency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a patient-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure.
