Footwear Developer (LYV)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Footwear Developer to manage end-to-end product development from tech pack review to final commercialization. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity, cost accuracy, and on-time delivery.

I. Key Responsibilities

• Manage footwear E2E product creation from initial tech pack review through sampling, validation, and final product launch.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to make the high-quality samples and meet all product integrity requirements. 

• Create BOM and color swatch book for sample turnaround. 

• Work directly with customers to clarify technical requirements (MM/CAD/pattern) and resolve development issues.

• Monitor project timelines, ensure data accuracy, and lead meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and following up on all necessary documents through the development process.

• Support troubleshooting and drive effective solutions throughout the development process.

II. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of footwear experience in product creation.

• Solid knowledge of pattern engineering, costing, quality standards, and footwear manufacturing processes.

• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple timelines with a results-oriented mindset.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), capable of handling technical discussions with customers independently.
