As a consultant you must be capable of...

• High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership).
• High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
• Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).
• Strong motivation to build up a career in the business consulting field.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
• Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
• Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment / Business Process Design / Business Requirement/Financial Policies).

Management Accounting Analysis and Design

• Analyze business and define KPI
• Analyze data management and design Management Accounting Platform
• Sales and profitability segment design
• Production Cost Analysis and Design
• Consolidated Management Accoun ting Strategy and Design

Finance and Accounting Technology Design

• Business Requirement Analysis for ERP Implementation
• RPA Proof of Concept and implementation strategy
• Budget Planning and Management IT software strategy and design
• Production Costing IT Software strategy and Design
• Partner selection and implementation planning
• ROI analysis of F&A IT investment

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of Finance and Accounting Business Consulting, or Accounting Business

Process Design, or Audit, Business Analysis experience

Key Skills Required (Must)

• Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.
• Language skills: English(Business proficiency level), Thai(Native level)
• E xperience of 2 to 3 accounting busin ess process consulting projects.
• Experience of creating business process flow.
• Strong eager and s elf motivat ion to become a Financial Management Consultant.
