- Solid accounting background at Finance Manager level.
- Ability to act as backup for Finance Managers during absences.
FP&A Skills
- Strong understanding of valuation concepts and ability to value assets using DCF models, including variable modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Proficiency in performance analysis across business units.
Commodity Trading Knowledge
- Understanding of commodity trading principles, including hedging, mark-to-market valuation, and P&L impact.
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, OneStream) is an advantage.
