JAC's client, a Japanese professional services firm, is seeking for a FAS Japanese Support Staff position.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

• Support communication between Japanese clients and Vietnamese colleagues using Japanese and Vietnamese, primarily across the following service areas:
• Financial & Tax Due Diligence
• Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advisory
• Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit
• Transfer Pricing documentation
• Vietnamese tax advisory (PIT, CIT, VAT, etc.)
• Responding to client inquiries under consulting service contracts
• Translate reports from English/Vietnamese into Japanese
• Serve as interpreter (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese) in client meetings
  
  

Job Requirements

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above (required)
• Having accounting & tax degree by either
• Graduating from Universities (Major: Accounting, Finance, Tax).
• Japanese bookkeeping qualification (簿記 3 級以上).
• Other relevant certificates.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of VBA/Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
• Team-oriented, dynamic, hardworking, dedicated, and eager to learn
